Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Li-Ning, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original, unworn condition with all athletic tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all shoe boxes and apparel tags are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
